How to use PRESIO

Your first session

Five minutes from box to boots

Everything you need for your first PRESIO session, from unboxing to switch-on.

1

Find your spot

Sit back on a sofa or bed with your legs supported and roughly level. Keep the control unit within easy reach.

2

Slip the boots on

Wear them over bare legs or a thin layer. Zip from ankle to thigh — the fit should feel snug, not tight.

3

Power up

Core: plug the mains cable into a socket. Pro: charge fully via USB-C first — up to 3 hours cordless. Elite: nothing to connect, the motors are built into each boot.

4

Start on the lowest setting

Your first session is about getting used to the feeling. You can always turn it up next time.

5

Sit back for 20 minutes

Sessions stop automatically, so you can switch off completely. Most people use PRESIO after training or in the evening.

What to expect

A wave of firm compression moves from your ankles up to your thighs, then releases. Many users describe lighter-feeling legs afterwards.

PRESIO is not a medical device and makes no medical claims. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether compression is right for you, consult your GP before use.

How to use PRESIO

Choosing your pressure

Firm, never painful

The golden rule

Compression should feel like a strong, comfortable squeeze. If you find yourself tensing up, go down a level.

Week one

Stay on the lowest setting while your legs get used to the feeling.

Stepping up

Increase one level at a time, only when the current one feels easy.

Hard days

After a big session, many users prefer a mid-to-high level for that deeper squeeze.

Wind-down

For an evening on the sofa, a lower level is usually more comfortable.

Core

3 intensity levels with an adaptive pressure sensor that adjusts to your legs.

Pro

5 modes plus selective calf or thigh zones — each leg can run its own setting.

Elite

7 levels per leg, up to 240 mmHg (manufacturer rated), with an LCD on each boot.

PRESIO is not a medical device and makes no medical claims. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether compression is right for you, consult your GP before use.

Fit and sizing

Between two sizes?

Size up for a more relaxed fit. Measure your height without shoes. PRESIO Core uses adaptive velcro panels, so a single size fits most legs; every model covers the full leg — 91 cm from ankle to upper thigh.

Check your fit

1

Zip fully, heel seated

Your heel should sit flat in the foot section with the zip closed from ankle to thigh.

2

The two-finger rule

Before starting, you should be able to slide two fingers between the boot and your thigh. Snug, not tight.

3

Bare legs or a thin layer

Wear the boots over bare skin or thin leggings. Avoid thick joggers — they change how the compression feels.
