# Delivery

## Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in **Manchester, United Kingdom**.

## Where we ship to

We currently deliver to addresses in the **United Kingdom** only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We do not currently ship outside the UK. If you would like us to, email **contact@presio.co.uk** and let us know where you are.

## Delivery time

**4 to 10 working days** from the day your order is placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the following working day.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland can take a few days longer.

## Delivery cost

**Free on every order.** There is no minimum spend and no surcharge on any postcode we deliver to.

## Customs and import charges

Because we ship from within the UK, there are no customs charges, import duties or handling fees on your order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

## Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier's website.

## If your order is late

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, email **contact@presio.co.uk** with your order number. We will trace the parcel and keep you informed.

If we cannot locate it, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

## Delivery problems

**Damaged in transit.** Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

**Wrong address.** If you gave us an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the order minus any carrier charges we have incurred, or resend it once you have paid the new delivery cost.

**Nobody home.** Our carrier will either leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point, and will leave a card telling you which.
