By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

## Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to copy, reproduce or resell any part of its content without our written permission.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, or where an order appears to be for resale rather than personal use. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

## Product information

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including pressure ranges, weight, dimensions and warranty.

Photographs are provided as a guide. Colours may vary slightly between screens.

Specifications may be updated as we improve our products. The information shown on the product page at the time of your order is the information that applies to your order.

## Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

We may change prices at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

## Health and safety

PRESIO systems are recovery and wellbeing products. **They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.**

Do not use a PRESIO system if you have deep vein thrombosis, an active infection, an open wound, a recent fracture, severe peripheral neuropathy, or if you are pregnant, without first speaking to your doctor.

If you have any medical condition affecting your legs or circulation, speak to your GP before using compression therapy.

Read the user manual before first use and follow it.

## Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product photography, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.

## Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
