Prices include delivery to any UK address.

## Placing an order

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. Your order becomes a contract only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Between your payment and that email, we may still cancel and refund you in full, for example if the item is out of stock.

## Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

Your payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

## Product origin

PRESIO systems are manufactured to our specification and shipped to you from our warehouse in Manchester, United Kingdom.

## What is in the box

Every PRESIO system includes: two full-leg compression boots, one control unit with colour screen, one air hose, one remote, one power adapter, one carry bag and one user manual.

## 12-month warranty

Every PRESIO system is covered for **12 months from the date of delivery** against defects in materials and workmanship.

**What is covered:** pump failure, control unit failure, air leaks in the boots or hose, seam or zip failure under normal use, and screen or button faults.

**What is not covered:** damage caused by misuse, dropping, punctures from sharp objects, unauthorised repair or modification, use with a power supply other than the one provided, normal cosmetic wear, and use beyond what the user manual describes.

**How to claim:** email **contact@presio.co.uk** with your order number, a description of the fault and, where possible, a photograph or short video. We will assess the claim and, at our option, repair the unit, replace it, or refund you.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not replace them.

## Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email **contact@presio.co.uk**. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one working day and resolve them within five.
